We met Danella at an open home, we were immediately impressed by her and continued to work with her until she found us the home we have now purchased. Danella kept us informed of what was happening in the real estate market and of any listings that she considered would fit what we were looking for. During this time Danella established a relationship with our family and quickly identified our needs in a home, making the appointment to view at times that worked for us. Danella was a pleasure to deal with throughout the negotiation process we didn't find it stressful as we knew what was happening. Danella helped us throughout the process all the way to settlement date. On move in day she was also there helping us unload the truck but before we arrived at the property she was already there and busy helping the old owners move their personal things out, she grabbed a trailer from the next door neighbor and loaded it onto her car, loaded it up along with her car and took it to their new home around the corner where she unloaded it all, this all being done to help us get unloaded and into the home. I don't think we could have asked for a better agent to deal with.
